I Will Vote 2019

Hi, I’m Meg DiMartino, the digital organizing director at the DNC! 👋

My team here is responsible for using digital tools to organize voters and online communities to take offline action like volunteering or voting, and I could not be luckier to get to do that every day.

I know everyone cannot wait for 2020 to get Donald Trump out of the White House — but there are 2019 elections happening across the country right now!

Gubernatorial elections are happening in Louisiana, Kentucky, and Mississippi (did you know Kentucky has only had two Republican governors out of the last ten?!).

We have state legislative elections in New Jersey and Virginia, and mayoral races happening in Memphis, Las Vegas, Columbus, Houston, Indianapolis, Philly, and San Francisco.

One of my favorite parts of my job is making sure voters have all the information they need to get themselves to the polls. IWillVote.com, the DNC’s voter resource hub, helps them do just that! Right now, IWillVote.com supports polling location look-up for the 2019 elections happening in Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, New Jersey, and Virginia. Please share it with your team and supporters to make sure everyone has the information they need to vote.

We’ve all seen how dangerous it can be to have a state government that doesn’t represent its people, and the best way we can fight back is by voting. IWillVote.com is a resource for helping people do that easily, this year, and every year.

I am so excited to be doing this work, and I hope you’ll join me this year by getting involved. In preparation for the presidential primaries, we will be adding additional states to IWillVote.com. And since we are still working on making adjustments and improvements to IWillVote.com, we’ll update you here as states are added and new features become available.
